International Shipping
Limited-edition prints are shipped internationally from South Africa.
Shipping Costs
Due to using a reputable courier, there are costs involved in getting the print to all international location safely.
For that reason I’ve added a $45 shipping fee that takes care of everything related to shipping.
Processing
To be safe and to allow for time delays that may occur, I always advise that processing from time of receiving the order to shipping delivery can take anywhere between 2 and 3 weeks.
By allowing yourself to have that expectation, you can plan around it.
It just gives everyone some breathing room without disappointments.
Tracking
…….Get tracking info from Marlin / Joe (Silvertone)…….
Customs & Import Duties
Some countries may charge custom & import duties which will then be communicated to you via the delivery company used to deliver your package.
You will then be provided with an invoice which you need to pay before the will release the package to you.
This is not covered in the shipping as not all countries will have it and is up to you to pay when the package enters your country and deliver is made.
Damaged Artwork
…. Find out from Marlin if there is insurance on the delivery that can be claimed back if package is damaged on delivery.
Return Policy
- Timeframe: You must notify me via email within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
- Condition: The print must be completely unblemished and returned in its original packaging tube, along with any included Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
- Shipping & Costs: For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, tracking, and customs duties (for international orders). I highly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service.
- Refunds: Once I receive and inspect the print to ensure it is undamaged, you will receive a refund minus a 15% restocking fee (to cover handling and original packaging costs).
How To Handle Your Print/Original Drawing
Fine art paper creases easily. To ensure your return remains eligible for a refund, please avoid handling the face of the print with bare hands. We recommend taking the tube directly to a professional framer to be unrolled and flattened safely.
